Lyngsfjord Adventure offers high quality adventures in the Lyngen area in the north of Norway, right outside the capital of the north – the town of Tromsø. The Lyngen area and Tromsø is located far north of the Arctic Circle, on the edge of the Lapland tundra. Thousand meter high mountains fall horizontally into the deep fjords, giving the landscape a dramatic signature that you will not find any where else in Europe.

Tromsø is easy to access by several daily flights from the international airport in Oslo, the Norwegian capital. Low price tickets are available from the airlines SAS and Norwegian. The airlines also do weekly direct flights from Gatwick in London, and from other European destinations. Tromsø Airport is located a 10 minute drive from downtown Tromsø.

We provide adventure packages lasting 4, 5 or 8 days, with summer program or winter program, including half pension hotel. Alternatively, you can book your own accommodation. We provide all necessary transport with our minibus or bus from the town centre to the locations of the adventures. Transportation is always included in our prices.

Visit the big town aquarium Polaria, where you can learn about the arctic ocean and environment the fun way. Take the Cable car up on the town mountain for an great view of the amazing landscape. Visit the Polar museum, where you can learn about the polar expeditions and history of the arctic area. Choose your dinners from the many restaurants where you can enjoy anything from sushi to traditional Norwegian dishes.
